1 pound crab (check for shells)
1 cup bread crumbs (seasoned)
1 large egg beaten
1/4 cup mayo
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp mustard (not yellow) grey poupon or other version
1/2 tsp salt (can be omitted)
1/4 tsp ground pepper


Sauce:
6 tablespoons mayo
2 teaspoons old bay
3 tsp lemon juice
hot sauce to taste

whisk together.

Mix all ingredients except grab together. Then add crab meat
Pan fry in butter/cooking spray or olive oil. 5 min per side or until golden brown
