2 cups oatmeal
2 whole eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups skim milk
2 cups water
4 tbsp sugar or honey
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Soak oats in milk. Set aside.

2. Bring the water to a boil in a sauce pan. Add in salt. Add in oats and milk mixture, and bring the pan back to a boil. Add additional water or milk if the oatmeal is too thick.

3. Stir in beaten eggs while stirring. Stir in sugar or honey. Serve in individual bowls.
