1 whole salmon, butterflied or a large fillet
2 tbsp. softened buttered
Juice of one lemon
2 tsp. dry mustard
2/3 - 1 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and rub on salmon.
Place salmon on foil on Bar-b-que, lower lid and cook over low heat for about 20 - 30 minutes. Salmon is cooked when flesh flakes. Do NOT overcook!
