2 cups quick oats
1 heaping cup mixed nuts; slivered almonds, coarsely chopped pecans and hazelnuts
1/4 cup mixed seeds; pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, poppy, flax ( any or all )
3/4 cup unsweetened coconut
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1-1/2 cup dried fruit; cranberries, raisins, etc. The fruit is added after baking.
5 tbsp. maple syrup or honey
1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a baking pan.
Bake 350º for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
Add fruit after granola is baked.

Mom uses about 1-1/2 cup nuts and 1c. dried fruit.
Anna uses only 1/4 cup maple syrup
