3 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cup flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Icing
1/3 cup butter
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Chocolate Top
4 squares bakers semi sweet chocolate
1 Tbsp margarine

Beat egg whites; slowly add the sugar. Beat until stiff.

In a large bowl, cream margarine and sugar well. Alternate the milk and vanilla with the dry ingredients. Then fold in the egg whites. When mixed add chocolate chips. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan (I use a glass one). Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until golden brown on top.

For the icing, make sure the butter is soft then add the sugar and beat until mixed. Then slowly add the yolks and vanilla. When the cake is cool cover with icing. Then melt the chocolate and margarine and pour over top.
