6 oz ground pork or turkey
1 tbsp oyster-flavored sauce
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp white vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp dried chile flakes
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp olive oil (Not Extra Virgin)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
1 package (16 oz) soft tofu, drained and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 and 1/2 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tbsp cold water

Directions:

1. Mix ground pork or turkey with oyster-flavored sauce and let stand for 10 minutes.

2. For the sauce, mix chicken broth, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, chile flakes, and sesame oil and set aside.

3. Heat pan over high heat until it's really hot. Coat in olive oil. Add garlic and ginger and stir till fragrant. Add pork and stir-fry until crumbly, about 2 minutes. Add the sauce and bring it to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.

4. Add tofu and bring to a boil. Cook for 1 minute to heat through. Add cornstarch solution while stirring and simmer till sauce thickens.

Note: Serve with hot rice and leafy greens or soup.
