Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Serves 4
20 pre-made wontons
6 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup julienned carrots
4 to 6 whole baby bok chou, quartered lengthwise
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring a pot of whiter to the boil. Add the wontons and cook for about 4 minutes, and drain.

2. In a medium soup pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the carrots and baby bok choy, simmer until they are just cooked, 2 to 3 minutes. Add the sesame oil, salt , white pepper, and cooked wontons. Allow everything to heat though.

Note: Don't let the wonton sit too long or they will stick together. Cooking the wonton in the chicken broth will make the broth cloudy, but it is fine if you don't mind the appearance. Serve with Chinese red vinegar and red chili oil.
