1 egg beaten
3 tablespoon of milk
1 c. finely crushed saltine crackers (28 crackers)
1 teaspoons dried thyme crushed
1/2 teaspoons paprika
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 1/2 to 3 pounds meaty chicken pieces
2 to 3 tablespoons cooking oil
1 c. milk

1. in a small bowl combine egg and milk. in a shallow bowl combine crushed crackers, thyme, paprika, pepper. dip chicken pieces on at a time in egg mixture and roll in cracker mixture.

2. in lg. skillet brown chicken in hot oil over med. heat for 10 to 15 min. turning occasionally. drain well.

3. add 1 cup milk into skillet heat just to boiling reduce heat to med. low. partially cover. cook for 35 min un covered cook about 10 min transfer chicken to serving platter
