1 package McCormick Gourmet Chicken Scaloppine seasoning mix
3 tbsp flour
1lb. thin sliced boneless chicken
3 tbsp olive oil
1pkg. 8oz. sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 cups water or chicken stock
1/2 cup white wine
1 cup orzo

Directions:
Directions:
-Mix flour and 2 tbsp of seasoning mix in shallow dish. Coat chicken.
-Heat oil in lg. nonstick skillet on med. heat. Brown chicken 3 min. on each side. Remove from skillet.
-Stir mushrooms into skillet, adding more oil if needed. Cook and stir 3 min. Add water, wine and remaining seasoning mix. Bring to a boil. Stir in orzo. Reduce heat to med/low, add chicken on top, cover and cook 10 min. or until liquid is absorbed and orzo is tender.
