1 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. baking powder
pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and Crisco with mixer, gradually adding sugar; cream thoroughly. Add eggs 1 at a time, beat. Add half of milk and 1 c. of flour. Beat well. Add remaining flour, milk, vanilla, and almond extract, beating well. Add baking powder and fold with spoon.

Grease and flour bundt pan, spoon in batter. Put cake in cold oven. Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours. Turn cake out while still hot.
