1 lb broccoli *or 10 oz frozen broccoli spears
4 oz mushrooms, sliced (about 1 1/2 c)
1/2 tsp instant beef bouillon
1/4 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut broccoli stalks lengthwise into thin spears. Place steamer basket over 1/2 inch water. Place broccoli n basket, cover tightly and heat to boiling, reduce heat. Steam until tender, about 15 minutes. Cook and stir mushrooms, bouillon and thyme in butter until mushrooms are hot, about 3 minutes. Toss with broccoli. Serves 4.
