3 to 4 pound beef brisket
2 T liquid smoke
1 T worcestershire sauce
1 and 1/2 t salt
2 t celery seed
2 t black pepper
1 t garlic salt
1 t onion salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in a bowl. Lay brisket fat-side down in extra heavy-duty foil. spoon half the mixture onto the top of the brisket. Then, turn the brisket over and spoon remaining mixture onto the brisket. Close the foil, rolling the seams. wrap the foil-wrapped brisket in another layer of foil. place brisket in a 9x13 pan, and sit the the refrigerator overnight.

Remove brisket (still in pan) from the refrigerator and bake at 250 degrees for 8 hours. Do not remove foil before baking or during baking. Remove from oven and let brisket set for about an hour. Slice and serve with bar-be-que sauce
