Bring stewed tomatoes, chicken broth, olive oil, and Italian seasoning to a boil. Add in spiral pasta. Cover & simmer 16-18 minutes. Stir twice, You will find that this recipe is very fast yet it has a wonderfully rich flavor as the pasta cooks in chicken broth instead of water. It is also a heart appetizer that looks appealing too. Enjoy! Makes 2-3 servings (or 5-6 appetizer servings).
