1 cup flour

Cream the cream cheese and butter. Then gradually add flour. Roll into a ball. Flour the surface that you will be rolling out the crust Roll the crust out large enough to cover the bottom of the pie pan. Cook pie until done. (put a few small holes in the bottom of the crust.6-8)
