1 T. butter, melted
1 large egg
4 t. brown sugar
2 T. honey
1/4 t. vanilla
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
15 mini phyllo shells
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients except pecans. Mix well. Stir in pecans. Arrange shells on baking sheets and fill with filling of 1 heaping teaspoon. Bake 10-15 minutes. Cool.
