1 3/4 c. flour
1 T. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. lowfat cream cheese (Neufchatel) room temp.
2 eggs
3/4 c. mashed bananas
1/4 brewed cup of chai tea

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder. Beat eggs, then add sugar and cream cheese. Beat until fluffy. Add mashed bananas and chia tea, then add the flour mixture and beat until smooth.

Pour into a greased 9x5 pan. Bake 350º for 60 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove to wire rack.

This is delicious. Mike didn't even know there was a banana in it. He doesn't like banana bread.
