3 eggs,separated
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup softened butter
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp.vanilla
2 cups graham crumbs
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites til frothy. Gradually beat in 1/4 cup sugar til stiff peaks form. Set aside.
Cream together butter and remaining 3/4 cup sugar. Beat in egg yolks then stir in milk and vanilla. In another bowl, stir graham crumbs, salt and baking powder. Blend into egg yolk mixture. Gently fold beaten egg whites into crumb mixture until blended.
Pour into greased and floured bunt or angel food pan. Bake 375º for 40 minutes.
