7 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 cup butter
7 ounces sugar
7 egg yolks
7 egg whites
Chocolate shavings
1/2 pint whipping cream
1/4 cup icing sugar
1 package "Whip It" ( opt. )
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate with butter. Add sugar and egg yolks and beat 3 minutes on high. Beat egg whites until stiff; add a little sugar to hold peaks. Fold whites into chocolate batter. Pour 3/4 cup batter into an ungreased 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 325º for 30 to 35 minutes; let cool and fall. Loosen from pan and pour remaining batter over ( 2 cups ); Chill.

Whip cream with icing sugar and "Whip It"; spread over chilled cake. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
