Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup chopped pecans
1 jar butterscotch ice cream topping
2 Liters vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, oats, sugar and butter and nuts. Spread on a large cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Crumble while hot. Cool.
Spread 1/2 of the crumble in a 9X13 pan. Pour butterscotch sauce on top. Spread ice cream on top ( I find if you buy the cardboard box, you can just cut the ice cream in squares to fit on top , or you can soften ice cream enough to spread ).
Add remaining crumble on top of ice cream and also remaining sauce. Freeze.
