4 c. sliced potatoes
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. cream
1 c. chicken broth
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Peal and cook whole potatoes in boiling, salted water until [partially done.
Drain and slice,
Place in layers in casserole dish.
Melt butter in saucepan; add flour, use a whisk to mix well.
Add milk, cream and chicken broth whisking till mixed; cook , stirring until thickened.
Add salt and pepper; pour over potatoes.
Bake 350º for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.©
