3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
1 stick unsalted butter (room temp.)

Directions:
Put oven rack in center of oven. Preheat oven to 350º. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
In medium bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a stand mixer fitted with paddle, beat butter and sugars together until light and fluffy, about a minute. Add egg and vanilla and beat until smooth. With machine running, gradually add flour mixture. Add oats, cranberries, and chocolate chunks. Mix until just incorporated (dough will be stiff). Using a 4-oz cookie scoop (or 1/4 c. measuring cup), scoop lightly rounded mounds of dough into 12 (2" diameter) balls. Arrange 6 balls spaced evenly apart, on each sheet. Using back of spoon, flatten tops slightly and bake until slightly golden on edges, 13 - 15 minutes. Allow to cool on baking sheet for 20 minutes.
