1 large can Pineapple Juice
1 small can frozen lemon juice
1 pkg Strawberry Jello reg. size (or Lime Jello can be used)
2 c. hot water
2 c. sugar
1/2 oz. Almond Extract
2-3 liter bottles 7 Up

Directions:
Directions:
Melt jello with hot water; add sugar and stir until dissolved.
Then add cold water, pineapple juice, lemon juice & almond flavor.
(If you are using lime jello and want it to be greener you can add 1 (small) drop of green food coloring.)
FREEZE PUNCH.
When you are ready to serve pour the 7 Up over the punch. ( let the punch thaw about 1 1/2 hours to 2 hrs. before you add the 7 Up) It should be icy or slushy and just right for serving.

I buy frozen lemon juice in a yellow plastic bottle -Minute Maid. One bottle of minute Maid will make a double recipe so use 1/2 bottle for a single recipe)
I am asked to make my punch for showers, weddings, or meetings when it is my turn to hostess. It is the almond extract that makes this punch so good and unforgettable.
