2 c frozen raspberries
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c red currant jelly
2 Tbsp Chambord (Black Raspberry Liqueur)

Directions:
Directions:
Process raspberries and sugar in food processor or blender until smooth. Strain raspberry puree and discard seeds. Combine red currant jelly and Chambord in a small heavy saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring frequently, until jelly melts. Combine jelly mixture and puree. Cover and chill.

Serve over ice cream, angel food cake, cheesecake, lemon bread, lemon ricotta pancakes.

If you have a Foley Food Mill it is perfect for this. If you ever want to make seedless raspberry jam or homemade applesauce it is worth researching and purchasing one.
