3 cups warm water
6 TBSP oil (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
2 TBSP yeast
4 eggs, beaten
7-9 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve sugar and salt in warm water. Sprinkle yeast over and let it rise (about 5 minutes). Add oil and beaten eggs. Add flour and knead as usual. Put a bit of oil on the top of the dough before rising. Let rise 15 minutes. Punch down and let rise 15 minutes more. Spray pans with cooking spray or grease with butter. Preheat oven to 350F. Punch down and make into buns. Let rise 15-20 minutes. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until light golden on top. Remove from oven and brush butter on top of buns.

NOTE: This dough makes excellent cinnamon buns as well.
