1 c water
16 oz low sodium chicken broth
12 oz skinned boneless chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
1 1/4 cup uncooked Orzo
1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
1 lg can sliced mushrooms
1/2 red pepper seeded and finely chopped
1/2 c (2 oz) grated Asiago cheese, divided
1/4 cup salt
1/4 tsp dried rosemary, basil or oregano
1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water and broth in dutch oven, bring to a boil. Add chicken and pasta, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, simmer 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, stir in peas, mushrooms, red pepper, 1/4 of the cheese, salt, herbs and pepper.
Top each serving with 1 tbsp cheese
