1 16 oz. spaghetti
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 32 oz. jar meatless spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp season salt
2 eggs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
5 tbsp. butter, melted
2 cups small curd cottage cheese, divided (optional)
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Directions:

Preheat oven 350, grease 9X13 baking dish
Cook spaghetti until done, then drain.
Cook beef and onion until meat is done and onions are translucent. Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and season salt.
Whisk eggs, Parmesan cheese, and butter in large bowl. Mix cooked spaghetti into egg and cheese mixture and toss to coat. Place half the spaghetti mixture into baking dish. Top with half the cottage cheese, meat sauce, and mozzarella. Repeat layers, Cover with foil.
Bake for 40 min. Remove foil and continue to bake until cheese is melted and lightly browned, 20 to 25 minutes longer.
