2 T. Red Wine vinegar
1 t. Dijon mustard
1/2 t. Coarse salt
Pinch cayenne pepper
1/4 c. Finely chopped dill pickles
1 T. Finely minced shallots
1 T. Finely chopped parsley
1 T. Finely chopped dill
1 c. Mayo

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and let sit for a while to let flavors develop.
Serve with Roasted Salmon or crab cakes, or like a good friend of mine, just eat with a spoon!
