Apple Cider Vinegar
Olive Oil
Garlic Sea Salt
Cracked Pepper

1. Preheat oven to 400º Wash potatoes and cut into sticks or wedges.

2. Mix together equal parts apple cider vinegar and olive oil, add garlic salt and pepper.

3. Toss potatoes in vinegar/oil mixture.

4. Shake off excess marinade and line on a greased baking sheet in a single layer.

5. Bake at 400º for 12-15 minutes *per side*, depending on thickness.

6. Sprinkle with additional garlic salt and/or pepper to taste when they are still hot and glistening from the oven.

7. Enjoy!

*I use red skin potatoes, but any potato will work.
*Look for larger sized potatoes if using a smaller, round variety such as red skin or yukon gold.
*I leave the skin on, but you could peel them.
*1/4 C each of oil and vinegar coats one large potato well with some excess.
