1 - 2 heads of Broccoli (if two people 1 head, etc..)
1 Red Onion
Olive Oil
Garlic Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven 425ºF.

Wash and cut the broccoli into bite sized chunks. Make sure you dry the broccoli completely or the oil will not coat properly.

Cut the red onion in half and slice one half of it into pieces of your liking.

Place the broccoli pieces and red onion on a foil lined cookie sheet. Drizzle the olive oil over the broccoli and red onion enough so each piece is coated once you toss it. Sprinkle the garlic salt and pepper over the broccoli mix to your liking. Toss it all together so each piece is coated!

Place in the oven for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes toss the broccoli again and place back in the oven for the remaining 10 minutes.

Enjoy!
