Sirloin tip roast 6 lb
1 c. water (or beer)
1 pkg good seasons
1 pkg garlic and herd dressing (or ranch drsg)
1 pkg brown gravy mix
fresh herbs like thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Add roast, water, sprinkle dry ingredients and cook on low at least 12 hours.
Good served on rolls or bread with gravy, pepper rings, mayo or horseradish sauce. Good over baked potatoe with sour cream.
Can toast ciabatta rolls, beef on top, then mozz or provolone and broil til melted

Or use sliced onion, 2 jars pepperoncini and juice (remove stems) 10 oz beef broth, 12 oz beer
