2 tbsp. yeast
1/2 cup warm water
2 cups butter
6 cups flour
1/3 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs beaten
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup milk - add at end if too dry

Directions:
Directions:
In small glass bowl, add yeast to warm water. Dissolve for 10 minutes.

Cut butter into flour, sugar, and salt. Add yeast. Stir milk and eggs. Mix and chill in fridge overnight.

Mix sugar with cinnamon. Roll out dough into 9" circles and about 1/4" thick. Sprinkle sugar mixture on both sides of dough. Cut wedges as you would a pie and roll up from wide end to the narrow end.

Place on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350ºF for 15 minutes.
