26 oz. frozen hash browns (or cook and shred your own)
1 c. sour cream
1 package dry Ranch Dressing
1 c. milk
2 lb. fried hamburger
1/2 c. onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 package Taco Seasoning Mix

Cheese Sauce:
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients and put in 9 x 13 pan.
Mix next 4 ingredients and place on top of potatoes.

Cheese Sauce:
Melt butter. Add flour; stir until smooth. Slowly add milk; cook until thickened. Pour over casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350º.

Serve with Doritos, lettuce, and tomato
Optional: salsa, taco sauce, sour cream, shredded cheese
