1 pork roast, as large as you need for your family
1/2 to 1 bottle chili sauce
1/2 to 1 bottle Diane's BBQ sauce Original recipe

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork roast in crockpot with 2 c. water and some freshly ground pepper. Cook on low setting over night. In the morning remove roast from crockpot and remove any fat. Pull apart meat with forks. Discard liquid, reserving about 1 cup. Place meat back in crockpot and pour chili sauce and bbq sauce over top. Continue cooking on low all day, adding cooking liquid as needed.
Serve with buns or cornbread and coleslaw.
