4 c. Thinly sliced chicken or beef
1/4 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Soya Sauce
Freshly grated ginger and minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Slice meat while slightly frozen into very thin slices. Place in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle sugar over meat and then pour soya sauce over top. Sprinkle with grated ginger and garlic. Stir slightly to cover meat. Cook in 350º oven for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve with rice.
