4-6 lb. boneless, fully cooked ham
3/4 cup water, divided
1 cup packed brown sugar
4 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
4 1/2 tsp. ketchup
1 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1 1/2 cup undrained crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. + 1 tsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Place ham on rack in shallow roasting pan. Bake at 325º for 1 1/4 -2 hours or until 140 degrees heated through. In saucepan, combine 1/4 cup water, brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, mustard, and pineapple. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover. Simmer for 10 minutes. Combine cornstarch and remaining water until
smooth. Stir into pineapple sauce. Bring to boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve over ham.
