1-microwave Steaming bag or microwavable container with lid

1 small granny smith apple diced
1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup of egg whites
1 teaspoon of cinnamon (you could also use nutmeg)
2 tablespoons of (skim milk, soymilk, coconut milk, or almond milk)
3 tablespoons of almond flour
1/3 cup oats

Directions:

1. Mix the apple together with the cinnamon and microwave on high for 2 minutes in steaming bag.

2. Combine the rest of the ingredients together and poor into bag, with steamed apples. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
