Strawberry Daiquiri
1 (3 oz.) box of strawberry jello
8 oz. boiling water
3 oz. cold water
5 oz. white rum

Fuzzy Navel
1 (3 oz.) box orange jello
8 oz. boiling water
6 oz. peach schnapps
2 oz. vodka

Margarita
1 (3 oz.) box lime jello
8 oz. boiling water
4 oz. margarita mix or sweet and sour mix
4 oz. tequila

Sex On The Beach
1 (3 oz.) box orange jello
8 oz. boiling cranberry juice
3 oz. peach schnapps
5 oz. vodka

Directions:
Boil water (or juice depending on recipe). Place jello mix into bowl and add boiling water. Stir for 2 minutes until dissolved. Add cold water (or other cold liquid depending on recipe) and alcohol. Stir. Pour into small plastic dixie cups or condiment cups. Place in fridge and let set overnight. Makes a minimum of a dozen shots depending on cup size.

Possibilities are endless. Just remember: one cup boiling water to one cup cold liquid mixture (of water or juice and then alcohol). With stronger alcohols like rum, tequila and vodka, the usual rule of thumb is half liquor, half water (4 oz./4oz.). To make shots stronger, just add more liquor and less water. If you are in a rush to get them done same day, jello will set faster if your cold liquid is very cold. You can place liquor in freezer before making them to accomplish this. Sugar-free jello also works well for a lower-cal version!
