6 medium baked red potatoes
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes into 1" cubes. Place half in greased 9 X 13 pan. Sprinkle with half of the salt, pepper, and bacon. Top with half of sour cream and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake uncovered at 350º for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with onions. Serve
