1/2 c butter
12 oz chocolate chops (2 c)
2 c sugar
1 1/4 c flour
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
1/2 c chopped pecans

MOUSSE TOPPING
3/4 c whipping cream
6 oz (1 c) chocolate chips
3 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, microwave butter and chocolate chips on high for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredients except nuts and beat till smooth. Stir in nuts. Spread in 13x9 pan. Set aside.
Mousse: microwave chips and cream for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minutes. Cool slightly. In a mixer bowl beat remaining ingredients except nuts till foamy. Stir in chocolate mixture. Pour over brownie, sprinkle with nuts. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Let cool 2 hrs before cutting.
