1/3 c butter
1/4 c peanut butter
1 1/4 c flour
3/4 c packed brown sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1/4 c honey
2 eggs
1 1/2 c finely chopped peanuts
6 oz semi sweet chocolate chops (1 c)

Directions:
Directions:
In a small mixer bowl combine butter and peanut butter, beat with electric mixer on med/high speed for 30 seconds. Add about half the flour, and the 3/4 c brown sugar, beat till combined. Stir in the remaining half of the flour. Press mixture evenly into a 13x9 baking pan. Bake about 15 minutes or till light brown.
In a small mixer bowl combine cream cheese, honey, 2 Tbsp brown sugar , and 2 Tbsp flour. Beat on med speed till combined. Add eggs, beat till just combined. Stir in 1 cup of the peanuts. Pour over baked crust and bake about 15 minutes more, check and continue cooking as needed until center is set.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, bake about 2 min more or till softened. Place the dish on a wire rack. Spread melted chocolate over top, sprinkle with remaining peanuts. Cool on wire rack, cut into bars and cut each diagonally into diamonds.

NOTE: make sure filling is set or won't be able to spread chocolate.
