1 3/4 c flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 c butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 c shredded zucchini
1 c coconut
3/4 c chopped walnuts

Cinnamon Frosting:
2 c powdered sugar
2 Tbsp milk
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 15x10x1 inch baking pan. In a small bowl whisk together flour and baking powder. In a large mixing bowl beat butter on med speed for 30 seconds. Add sugars and beat till fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Stir in the flour mixture. Stir in zucchini, coconut and nuts. Spread evenly in pan. Bake in 350º oven for 30 mins (or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean). Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Drizzle with cinnamon frosting.

Cinnamon Frosting: Beat all till smooth.
