6 cups cooked beets, ground
1 1/2 cups vinegar
6 1/2 cups sugar
1 box Certo crystals
Directions:
Directions:
Add vinegar and sugar to ground beets. Cook 12 minutes. Remove from the heat and add Certo. Stir thoroughly. Fill jars and seal.

This is a good substitute for cranberry sauce.
