1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. sour cream
1 c. mashed bananas
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and make a well. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream and bananas; stir into well of dry ingredients. Pour into muffin tins and bake at 375º for 10 - 15 minutes.
