Pork Roast
2 onions, sliced
2 c. water
1 bottle barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast, onions and water in crock pot first thing in the morning on low. A few hours before you want to eat, remove meat and, using forks, shred it up. Empty crock pot of juices (saving 1/2 -1 cup) and onion. Return meat to the crock pot. Add barbecue sauce and 1/2 cup of the retained juices. Cook for a few hours on low.

Serve on hamburger buns with coleslaw or make wraps with tortillas, rice and veggies.
