Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Pour cake mix into a large bowl. Stir in eggs and oil. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes.
Alternatives: (1) Use lemon cake mix and roll cookie in powdered sugar before baking. (2) Use a chocolate cake mix . After baking, put icing on the bottom of one cookie and top with another to make a sandwich cookie.
