2 eggs
1 1/2 TBSP sugar
4 TBSP melted butter or margarine
2 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt (about)
2 cups sour milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sour milk can be made by placing 2 TBSP white vinegar in measuring cup and then filling the cup up to the 2 cup mark.

Oil and preheat griddle or frying pan. Mix all together and once griddle or pan is hot, place approximately 1/3 cup of batter on hot griddle/pan. Once bubbles start to form on the top of the pancakes, flip them over and cook for a couple more minutes. Serve hot with butter and syrup. Leftovers can be frozen for quick snacks in the toaster.
