2 pounds ground beef
2 pounds tater tots (roughly)
2 cups frozen carrots
1 11 ounce can tomato soup
onions if desired
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Brown ground beef with onions. Drain grease. Pour tater tots in bottom of 9x13 baking dish--at least enough to cover the bottom, more if desired. Season tots with salt and pepper. Pour ground beef over tator tots, then carrots. Mix 1 can Tomato Soup with 1 can of water. Pour over layered cassarole. Cover with tin foil and bake for 1 hour.
