2 c. corn
1 c. milk
2 eggs, separated and beaten
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1-1/4 tsp. salt
pepper to taste

Directions:
Melt butter. Add flour and milk gradually. Stir and bring to a boil. Add corn, seasonings, egg yolks beaten 'til thick and lemon-colored, and egg whites beaten 'till stiff. Turn into a buttered baking dish and bake at 350º F. for 25-30 minutes.
