3/4 c oil
1 T dijon mustard
2-3 T poppy seeds
4 to 5 T lemon juice or vinegar or combination of both
3/4 tsp salt
1/3 c honey
1 T grated oniion or finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender. Makes 1-1/4 c

Use on tossed salad or fruit salad or coleslaw, or apples, oranges, raisins or celery.
