1 can Pillsbury pizza crust
1 (16 oz.) can italian crushed italian tomatoes
2 cans (6 1/4 oz.) tomato paste
1 pkg. Italian sausage
16-24 oz. mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
White corn meal
2 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
corn oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pizza sausage and drain grease. In 10-inch cast-iron skillet, rub corn oil onto surface, thoroughly coating bottom and sides of skillet. Coat surface of skillet with corn meal. Roll out pizza dough and cover surface of skillet with dough.

Add mozzarella cheese to dough before adding meat and other toppings. Add sauce on top, thoroughly covering all of the pizza Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Put pizza in over at 375º and bake for 40-45 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Pizza sauce: In mixing bowl, Mix crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
